Making cards....

Today I made some fun cards....I am going to have to post the photos.  Will try to do tomorrow.  I do need to get a letter sent out to this new soldier. I sent him one at the end of last week...however, the news I sent was perhaps not uplifting as I wrote about my son being in the hospital...need to do a better job this week.  Uplifting...

Starting again

So i got the name of a soldier again today..so i will start doing some writing again. This is a card i made a little while ago with some of the new stuff i just got. I have had a headache for the last two days, so this was a way to try to rid myself of that....down in the basement, away from the light....

I got word today that GI Jerry and his team are headed back to the U.S. They should be home by Thursday. What a great holiday gift.

So I have been making a lot of cards lately...pure entertainment and a bit Zen.

Did hear from a couple of the soldiers I write. Looks like they will both be home before Christmas. What a great gift for them and their families.....
